ABIODUN, M. ADETULA (MNIA)

Mr. Abiodun started and completed his studies in Architecture at the University of Lagos, Nigeria between 1983 and 1989.

He did one year National Youth Service as the Site Architect with the Netherlands Harbour Works Nigeria Limited on the Nigerian Navy Barracks Project, Calabar. He later joined Messrs Interdesigns Partnership a firm of architects as a Project Architect in 1991. Notable among his works is the NDIC Head Office Building, Abuja

He also worked with Messrs Towry Coker Associates and MOE Architectural Consultants as Resident Architect on a part time basis on World Bank and Guaranty Trust Bank projects in Abuja respectively.

He is a full member of Nigerian Institute of Architects. He is also registered with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON).


IJEH, NDUKA (MNSE)

Mr. Ijeh is a chartered Engineer. He holds an Msc in Civil Engineering from the University of Birmingham, United kingdom.

He did one year National Youth Service as the Site Engineer with Standard Construction Limited on United Bank for Africa Area Office Kaduna. He later joined Messrs Techno Transfer, an Austrian company, where he was responsible for the completion of the World Bank Assisted Computerised Central Store in Minna and the R.H.C Hospital Wushishi, in Niger State Nigeria.

He also worked with Arfo Construction and Cachez Turnkey Projects as consultant Engineer.

Nduka is a member of the following Professional Associations:

  • Chartered Institution of Highway and Transportation UK.
  • American Society of Civil Engineers.

ABIODUN, A. ISAAC (MNIQS)

Mr. Isaac completed his studies in Quantity Surveying at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria in 1994. He obtained his Masters of Business Administration MBA, Ambrose Ali University Ekpoma, Edo State Nigeria, 2003, Executive Masters certificate in Project Management College, United Kingdom, 2007, Skills and Knowledge of Cost Engineering Continuing Education program, Iowa State University, USA and holds a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from Norwich University, USA. He is currently doing his PHD research in Public Private Partnership as alternative procurement method towards a sustainable Highway Infrastructure

After completing his National Diploma, he was offered employment by Messrs el-Rufai & Partners, a foremost firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors due to his outstanding performance in school. There he was involved in pre-contract documentation, tendering adjudication and post-contract administration and project management. Notable among his works is the NDIC Head Office Building, NITEL Head Office both in Abuja, Kaduna Trade Fair Complex. As one of the Directors in Units Environmental Sciences Ltd, he has actively participated in different projects as project manager, Project Quantity surveyor, Cost Manager. Some of these projects include Revamp of the prestigious Transcorp Hilton Hotel Abuja Nigeria, Proposed 250 rooms Five-Star Hotel and conferencing for PTS and Mediterranean Hotels, Proposed Head office for Petroleum Development Fund (on-going), Ecological Fund-Erosion Control and Drainage system in Ganye, Adamawa State 

He became a full member of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors in 1997. he is registered with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board, member of the Association of cost Engineers of the United Kingdom, and Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering AACE, USA.


 

OYELADE, A. OLUSOLA (MNIA)

Mr. Oyelade started and completed his studies in Architecture at the University of Lagos, Nigeria between 1982 and 1988.

He did one year National Youth Service at the Department of Architecture of the University of Lagos, Lagos Nigeria and later joined the University of Lagos Consultancy Services, Housing and Materials Research Department as Assistant Architect under the supervision of Prof. Olumide Olusanya a senior lecturer at the University’s Department of Architecture.

In 1991 he joined API Consultants - an architectural practice as an associate partner. A position he held until 1994 when he became the Founding Partner of CASA CONSULT LIMITED.

He is a full member of Nigerian Institute of Architects; he is also registered with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON).

OLUMILUA, O. DICKSON

Mr. Olumilua is a 1997 Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Engineering (Power Option) from the Polytechnic Ibadan.

He has worked with Grandeur Engineering Services as Electrical Supervisor, Pivot Engineering Company Limited as Trainee Engineer.

Notable among his works is the installation of various generators, indoor and outdoor substations totalling 204MVA for NDIC, UNIPETROL PLC, CBN, FCDA, NSPMC, Aso Solid Investment and Nicon Hilton Hotel.

OGUNSANWO, M. ADEKUNLE

Mr. Ogunsanwo is a product of the Architecture Department of Ondo State Polytechnic, Owo.

He has worked with Godwin Hopewood Kuye Architects and ASS & Associates.

Mr. Ogunsanwo is proficient in the use and application of AutoCAD, CorelDraw, Cardshop and Microsoft Office.

FADEYI, AKINTUNDE FESTUS

Mr. Fadeyi is a Quantity Surveying graduate from the Federal University of Technology, Akure.

He has worked with BeeQue Consultancy Ikeja, Lagos as trainee QS, and also with Mode Architectural Ltd, Adeola Hopewell, V/I – Lagos, as an Estimator.

Mr. Fadeyi is proficient in the use and application of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Software and Master bill Software.

 

ADEJARE ADESINA EZEKIEL

Mr. Adesina started and completed his studies in Architecture at The Federal University of Technology Minna, Niger State Nigeria, between 1997 and 2003 with Masters Degree in Architecture.

He did his one year NYSC between 2004 and 2005. And have since been with UNITS Environmental Sciences Ltd. as an Architect/Project Manager.

He is proficient in use of AutoCAD and Microsoft office Suite

He’s an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA).


ALAO, ADEKUNLE MUKAILA

Mr. Alao completed his studies in Accountancy at Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, in 1989.

He was an accountant with Style Cleaning Services, Lagos between 1991 and 1993.

He has also work with KPMG PEAT MARWICK CONSULTING as an assistant consultant from 1993 until he joined Units Environmental Sciences Limited in 2001.


OLA-DANIEL, VICTOR

Mr. Ola-Daniel is a 1997 Higher National Diploma (HND) graduate in Quantity Surveying from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Oyo State Nigeria.

He did his one year NYSC between 1999 and 2000. And have since been with UNITS Environmental Sciences Ltd. as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

Victor is a chartered member of Nigeria Institute of Quantity Surveyors. He is proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
