mix-useDesign highlights of this proposed mix-use development include two levels of retail, four levels of offices, seven levels of hotel, three levels of residence and a roof garden with private and controlled access. There is a five-level structured car park located to the rear of the property for over 500 cars. There is a buffer of natural stream running between the main building and the car park and it is bridged with a skywalk. The strategy is to make this development low impact environmentally and energy efficient so the design is mindful of building orientation, site planning and the material selection process.
